Even though some game enthusiasts are contending that WAR takes after World of
Warcraft, there are actually many differences between the two games. Not only
does WAR offer the chance for a player to battle another player or the computer
inside a character's body, but the WAR: Age of Reckoning game also offers role
playing gamers to see what Zones he or she will be able to enter and where that
player will have the most clear-cut advantage. WAR is like no other role-playing
game in that there are many teams that one can join that are in the form of an
Army, there are many goals in mind, like ravaging and conquering your opponent's
capital city, as well as killing every opponent that you can see is in sight.
When beginning to play WAR, there are two basic things that one should know
about playing the game. First, there are two teams that one is able to join when
becoming a member of the WAR official community. Those two teams are in the form
of Armies and those two Armies are constantly battling each other for downfall
of good or evil. Fortunately, there are several characters that one can choose
in each Army, but the character that you choose will have to stay pledged to the
whole of the Army throughout the WAR game. Indeed, there are advantages to being
a member of one Army over the other, but what it basically comes down to is
player's choice. Do you prefer playing for good or do you prefer to do evil's
bidding?
The first army in WAR is the Army of Destruction. The Army of destruction
basically stands for all things evil and anyone who joins forces with the Army
of Destruction should already be equipped with that knowledge. Because the Army
of Destruction stands for all things evil then their one main goal in mind is to
ravage and destroy everything that comes their way. Some of the types of
characters in the Army of Destruction will even turn on themselves if there are
no other opponents to battle.
The second main army in WAR is the Army of Order. Even though this goes without
saying, but the Army of Order stands for all good things. The Empire is in
charge of this army and many of the characters who choose the Army of Order can
either be a Dwarf, a High Elf, or part of the soldiers of the Empire. There are
distinct roles that each character has throughout the Army of Order but the
basic role that the whole Army has is to prevent the destruction of the lands
from the followers of the gods of Chaos and the Army of Destruction.
Armies in WAR: Age of Reckoning determine not only your whole role throughout
the game, but will also determine the outcomes when it comes to conquering
opponent's capital cities and looting the placed. The two Armies will
continually battle it out between good and evil in WAR: Age of Reckoning.
